With Easter around the corner, we wanted to share an alternative Easter bake idea using our new organic coconut flour. Being huge fans of Mr Prempy's, which specialise in organic raw baking, we put him to task with a bag of coconut flour and our delicious organic virgin coconut oil.

We're delighted with this recipe and wanted to share it with you.
